The type of personal information we collect
We currently collect and process the following information:
- Name, Address, Contact Number, Email Address. We also process credit/debit card payments over the phone.
- We may also collect your image via CCTV.
How we get the personal information and why we have it
Most of the personal information we process is provided to us directly by you for one of the following reasons:
- Contact Forms or Booking Forms via our website, we may also collect personal data when taking customer bookings over the phone. We collect data when processing customer bookings for events at our zoo or for any mobile events we are booked to attend.
- Images via CCTV for safety and crime prevention.
We use the information that you have given us in order to: Process your booking information. For the purpose of safety and crime prevention.
Under the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), the lawful bases we rely on for processing this information are:
(a) Your consent. You are able to remove your consent at any time. You can do this by contacting jcpartypets@gmail.com and request for your personal information stored to be removed, this is only applicable if you have not booked our services, if you have booked our services your information is stored on our secure accounts software. We never share your personal information with any third parties.

Your information is securely stored on our secure accounts software and is never shared with any third parties.
We keep name, address, email address and contact numbers for 3 years We will then dispose your information by removing this from our system subject to a satisfactory account.
